Johann U. has extensive experience in customer service and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as the Southern Europe Customer Service Manager at iFIT since December 2016, Johann oversees a team of 10 and manages over 500 technical outsourcers. Prior roles include Global Supply Chain and After Sales Manager at Coriolis, where Johann optimized sales and service processes, and Customer Care Manager at Zumex Group, responsible for world retailers' service and spare parts supply chain. Additional experience includes leading after-sales service at Elm Digitalia, project management at Schindler Group, and consulting for ISO 9000 quality management systems at Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá. Johann holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz and an Engineer's degree from Universidad Antonio Nariño, complemented by a Data Analyst certification from DataBird.
