Rishya Pankaj Kapil is an experienced professional in the fields of marketing and agri-tech development, currently serving as Assistant Manager at IFFCO Kisan Suvidha Limited since September 2023. Previously held the position of Assistant Manager at NATURE BIO FOODS from September 2022 to July 2023 and worked as a Senior Executive in Agri-Tech development at IFFCO Kisan Sanchar Limited from November 2020 to September 2022. Rishya also led the consulting and marketing efforts at CAPITEVA, focusing on both traditional and digital marketing strategies while resolving conflicts and negotiating agreements. Additional experiences include organizing events as part of the core team at Amity Youth Fest and serving as a Marketing Intern at NIRMAL SEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED. Rishya holds an MBA in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Processing from Amity University.
