Elis Ilumets has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as a Sales Trainer, and previously holding roles as a Commercial Account Manager, Commercial Consultant, and Sales Specialist at If Insurance Baltic since January 2015. In 2019, Elis participated in a mentorship training course organized by the European Solidarity Corps for Youth. Academically, Elis holds a Master's degree in Research from the University of Tartu (2019-2021), a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from University of Tartu Pärnu College (2015-2018), and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lund University (2018).
