Sheila Alibay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as a Lecturer Adjunct Professor at IÉSEG School of Management since September 2015, Sheila specializes in teaching international business and engineering students across various subjects, while also coaching Master students in competitive business simulations. Concurrently, as Human Resources Director and Consultant for the Aga Khan Development Network since January 2013, Sheila has contributed to strategic projects focused on cultural change and performance management. Sheila's prior roles include Human Resources Director at Alstom Grid, Abbott Laboratories Europe, Roshan Telecommunications, and several other reputable organizations, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, employee development, and HR operations across multiple regions. Sheila holds multiple certifications in project leadership and strategic human resources, along with a Master in Business Administration from Schiller International University.
