Andrea Montalvo is an experienced leader in executive education and organizational strategy, currently serving as the Associate Dean for Executive Education, Data Governance Director, and Executive Director of the ONE EMBA program at IESE Business School since March 2019. Previously, Andrea held key positions at Banco Sabadell, including Culture & Change Management Director and Strategy & Performance Director, from March 2017 to March 2019. Andrea's earlier career includes roles at Instituto Internacional San Telmo as In Company Executive Director and at Minsait and McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate. Andrea holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
