Watchen Bruce is a seasoned professional in international development and financial management, currently serving as Chief of Party for the USAID IBEX Project at the International Executive Service Corps since May 2012, where expertise is provided in technical assistance and capacity building for small businesses. As CEO of Watchen Bruce & Associates, LLC, since January 2012, financial management consulting and business development services are offered, with credentials as a certified Profit Mastery Financial Education Representative. Additionally, Watchen Bruce has been the Executive Director of the Harris Economic Development Corporation, managing a free school for underprivileged children in Liberia since January 2000. Past experience includes roles as Vice President & Business Banker at PNC from January 2008 to November 2011 and as a Management Consultant at NeighborWorks America from August 2004 to January 2008. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Education in Management & Leadership from Morgan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Community Planning and Management from UMass Boston.
