Fernando Delgado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and economic policy. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at IES Abroad, Fernando has held significant positions at the International Monetary Fund, including Deputy Division Chief for Resource Management and Policy Coordination in the Institute for Capacity Development, Mission Chief for Nicaragua, Coordinator of the Regional Technical Assistance Center CAPTAC-DR, and Regional Resident Representative for Central America. Prior experience includes the role of General Manager for the International Area at Caja Madrid and Economist with a focus on the financial sector at the International Monetary Fund.
