Arnaud Luquin is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Responsable déploiement collecte & backbone at IELO Group since March 2020. Luquin has been actively involved in the non-profit sector as President of the French Data Network since 2013, having previously held the position of Vice President from 2008 to 2013. As a teacher at the University of Picardie, Luquin teaches courses on Unix systems and services. Prior experience includes roles at Neuronnexion, where responsibilities included network deployment and infrastructure engineering, as well as network and system administration at EPPLUG and LAUTRE.NET. Luquin has also been pivotal in organizing the Libre Software Meeting in 2007 and held a technical commercial position at France Telecom in the late 1990s. Educationally, Luquin holds a DUT from UPJV Amiens and IUT Amiens.
