Peter Ferstl is an experienced professional in the food safety and quality assurance sectors, currently serving as VP of Technical Solutions at IEH Laboratories and Consulting Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Peter held key positions at Niagara Bottling from July 2020 to December 2022, including Director of Food Safety - Process Authority and Sr Manager Quality - Process Authority. At Ripple Foods, from October 2016 to July 2020, Peter served as Director of Technology Transfer and Process Authority as well as Technology Transfer Manager. Earlier in their career, Peter worked as a Process Engineer at The National Food Laboratory from February 2012 to October 2016.
