Janindu Bandara currently serves as a Member of IEEE since March 2023 and as an Associate Member of The Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Temporary Demonstrator at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura from January 2022 to June 2023 and as a Student Member at The Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka from 2017 to 2022. Janindu also gained practical experience as an Engineering Trainee at Sri Lanka Telecom from February 2020 to October 2020. Academically, Janindu is pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical Communication Engineering at the University of Kassel since October 2023, following a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, obtained in June 2021. Janindu's educational background also includes a Visharad in instrumental music from Bhatkhande Sangit Vidyapith and a final certificate from the Daham Pasal program at Siri Vajiragnana Daham Pasala.
