James Ramirez currently serves as the Senior Corporate Development Manager at IEEE since October 2022 and as the Managing Director of LATAM Engineering, LLC, a role held since January 2021, focusing on energy solutions for companies and government agencies. Previously, James held the position of VP of Business Development at ASME Standards Technology, LLC from 2005 to 2020, where strategic leadership in Latin America and international project involvement were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes managing director roles at Innovar, LLC and expertise as an Engineering Manager at Automatic Switch Company, contributing to increased productivity and team leadership. James began their career as a Design Engineer at Plast-O-Matic Valves, Inc.
