Dr.-Ing. Klaus Uhl is a distinguished Senior Member of IEEE and has been serving as an Automotive Software Architect at Intel Corporation since July 2012, focused on software architecture and requirements engineering for advanced driver assistance and automated driving systems within the Autonomous Transportation & Infrastructure Division. With prior experience as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer in both the Automated Driving Solutions and Transportation Solutions Divisions, Klaus has contributed to model-driven software development and system architecture for safety-critical systems. Prior to joining Intel, Klaus worked as a Research Scientist at FZI Research Center for Information Technology, specializing in automated guided vehicles and service robots. Klaus holds a Doctor of Engineering in Computer Science from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ulm University.
