Deborah Li is a Principal at Mundi Ventures, a global venture capital firm based in Spain, and serves as an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School. As an Angel Investor and Founding Member of Calafia Iberia, Deborah actively invests in top Iberian founders and utilizes a diverse skill set and international networks to support their growth. Deborah also holds the position of Investor and Board Member at BackFund, an investment fund targeting early-stage startups. Previous roles include VP of Customer Success and Interim VP of Revenue at Nextail Labs, where Deborah led customer relations with major global retailers, and Head of US at EDITED, where Deborah initiated and expanded US operations. Deborah co-founded the ecommerce brand emmajoy, served as Managing Partner for the New York team at Dorm Room Fund, and has held positions in various venture capital firms. Deborah holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and dual Bachelor’s degrees from Columbia University and Barnard College, along with executive education at LSE focused on Women in Leadership.
