Lauren LePera is an experienced Senior Managing Editor at IDW Publishing, where key responsibilities include editorial planning, managing daily operations, and coordinating with various teams for timely project delivery. Previously, Lauren served as Managing Editor at Insight Editions for nearly five years, overseeing the management of approximately 400 active products, monitoring schedules and budgets, and facilitating communication across departments. Additional roles at Insight Editions included Associate Managing Editor and Production Editor, contributing to a range of successful publishing projects. Lauren's career began in the hospitality industry, holding positions at Grand Hyatt San Diego and Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in American Literature from San Diego State University and pursued extended studies at UC San Diego.
