Rafael Barreto serves as the Engineering Manager for Latin America at IDT Corporation, where responsibilities include leading operational teams across multiple countries, managing technologies such as IP Networks and Cloud, and overseeing the development of Omnichannel communications services. Prior roles at IDT include Engineering and Operations Manager, focusing on strategic management and supporting high-volume telecommunications, and Operations Engineer, providing tier III technical support and training development. Before IDT, Rafael worked as a Telecommunication Engineer at Neo Voice and Hip Telecon, where tasks involved designing LAN/WAN projects, supporting intercarrier connections, and developing new telecom products. Rafael holds an MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
