Daniela Salerno has extensive work experience in the field of air navigation, primarily focusing on project management and leadership roles. Daniela served as a Scrum Master and Project Manager at IDS AirNav and IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi S.p.A., where they led and coached Scrum teams for the development of air navigation projects. In addition, they were responsible for the CI/CD chain for ATFM products and successfully coordinated a geographically distributed team.
Prior to their role as Scrum Master and Project Manager, Daniela worked as a Team Leader and Technical Responsible at IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi S.p.A., leading the development of the eTOD software suite for managing airport, terrain, and obstacle data. Daniela was also a member of the IDS Innovation Team for CMMI level 3 certification acquisition. Earlier in their career, they served as a System Analyst for the FPDAM product, which focused on flight procedure design and airspaces management.
Before joining IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi S.p.A., Daniela worked at TIM as a Software Specialist, where they were responsible for the development of the dealer's rewarding system and played a key role in the development of the dealer informative system.
Daniela started their career as a System Analyst at IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi S.p.A., and earlier at Tesis SpA, they worked as a Software Analyst.

Daniela Salerno obtained a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. The degree was earned between the years 1983 and 1989.
