Ilana Zadov began their work experience in 2000 as a Computer Programmer at Echo Consultants Ltd. Ilana held this role until 2003. In 2005, they joined Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) as the Director of Interoperability and BI, and their tenure in this position is ongoing.

Ilana Zadov attended York University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
