Michael Gooding has extensive work experience, spanning over a decade. Michael started their career in 2008 at the U.S. Soccer Federation as a State Referee and held the position until 2018. In 2017, they worked at Ciox Health as an HRIS Analyst for the duration of the year. Currently, Michael is the Director of Operations at iDrive Logistics, starting in 2018.

Michael Gooding attended Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business from 2011 to 2015, where they completed a B.B.A. in Finance.
