Steve Phillips FCIM serves as the Chair of Regent College London and has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief International Officer at Regent Group and Vice Chairman of the Board at TBS. Additionally, Phillips is the Chairperson of British Campus Algeria, Strategic Director, International at Twin Group, and a member of the English Language Advisory Group at the British Council. With previous experience as Director International at Mander Portman Woodward Limited and Managing Director at British Study Centres, Phillips has also contributed significantly to English UK as Chair of the Board and Chair of the Enterprises Board. The academic background includes studies at Moscow State Linguistic University and a Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Marketing focusing on International Business.
