Ed Kelly has over a decade of experience in client success and operations, currently serving as the Director of Client Success and Operations at IDP Connect since August 2014. Prior to this role, Ed held various positions at the same company, including Head of Client Partnerships, International and International Portfolio Director. Before joining IDP Connect, Ed worked at The Independent as an Account Manager and Account Executive from June 2012 to July 2014. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from BIMM University, obtained in 2012, and an ILM Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management, earned in 2016.
