Bill Gileza is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of US Finance & Infrastructure at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals US Inc. since July 2020, Bill is part of the US leadership team, responsible for building and leading finance, IT, infrastructure, and procurement functions. Previously, Bill held the position of Vice President of Finance at Lupin Pharmaceuticals from May 2009 to July 2020, managing finance and IT teams for a $1.2 billion specialty pharma company. Bill also served as VP/Director of Business Planning & Analysis at KV Pharmaceutical, leading corporate planning and analysis activities, and gained early experience in various financial roles at Schein Pharmaceutical, GE Supply, and Arthur Andersen & Co. Bill holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Accounting/Economics from Clarkson University.
