Juliane Welz has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Juliane is currently working as an Associate Director of Global Marketing at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Jazz Pharmaceuticals from 2019 to 2022. Before joining Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Juliane worked at MSD Deutschland as a Sales Representative from 2018 to 2019 and as a Brand & Customer Manager from 2015 to 2018. Juliane also had previous internships at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, AstraZeneca, and Ethicon, Inc. Juliane'sroles during these internships primarily focused on product management and research.

Juliane Welz has a diverse education history. Juliane obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration/Business Law from Leuphana Universität Lüneburg in 2013. In 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). During this time, they also completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing/Management from the University of Münster between 2013 and 2015. Later, in 2017 and 2018, Juliane obtained a certification as a Certified Pharmaceutical Representative from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Munich. Additionally, in October 2022, they earned a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate from CrossFit Education.
