Laura Clay is an experienced professional with a robust background in campaign finance compliance, academic operations, and educational leadership. Currently serving as an Implementation Consultant at Idlewild Partners since January 2022 and as a Co-Founder of BlueFox Consulting, LLC since September 2018, Laura ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for a diverse clientele, including political campaigns and nonprofit organizations. Previous roles include Director of Academic Operations at RePublic High School and Director of Operations at multiple educational institutions, where Laura managed data systems and improved operational efficiency. Laura's early career encompassed finance roles in political campaigns, and teaching mathematics in underserved schools. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from SUNY Geneseo.
