Eric Gual has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Eric began their career as the owner of Charisma Hair Design in 1989 and successfully managed the business for 15 years. In 2004, they transitioned to become the owner of Earth Aveda Lifestyle Store, where they remained until 2016. During this period, they gained valuable entrepreneurial skills and built a strong customer base. In 2016, Eric made a career switch and joined Loyalty1 Insurance Solutions as an Insurance Agent. After a year, they moved on to work as a Healthcare Insurance Specialist at Sovereign Health in 2017. In 2019, Eric joined InVida Financial Network as a Senior Sales Agent, contributing to the company's success until 2020. Currently, Eric works as a Sales Executive at IDIQ, showcasing their sales expertise and contributing to the company's growth. Overall, Eric has accumulated a wealth of experience in sales, business ownership, and customer service throughout their professional journey.

Eric Gual has a diverse education history that includes both formal schooling and vocational certifications. Eric first attended Army Navy Academy from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained a general education. Eric then went on to Torrey Pines High School from 1986 to 1988 and earned their high school diploma.

After completing high school, Eric continued their education at Mira Costa College from 1989 to 1991. During this time, they pursued a degree in General Education with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Several years later, in 2004, Eric enrolled in Aveda Business College, graduating in 2006 with a completion certificate in Business school. This program allowed him to further develop their knowledge and skills in the field of business.

In addition to their formal education, Eric obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent, specializing in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life, and Variable Annuities. Eric received this certification from TesTeachers in August 2016, further enhancing their expertise in the insurance industry.
