Vidya Nair PSM-I is the Director of India Operations at IDinsight, overseeing and enhancing the operational and administrative frameworks in the Delhi office since September 2023. Previously, at Dimagi, Vidya Nair served as the Director of Innovation Grants & Partnerships, focusing on business strategy and partnership development in the Asia region for four years, along with earlier responsibilities as a Senior Manager, where management of division operations, performance, and compliance were key duties. As a co-founder of VVN Group and its consulting division VSpace.Technology, Vidya Nair led initiatives in software engineering and technology solutions. Additional experience includes HR consultancy at RusHydro International India, a Disputes Analyst role at American Express, and engineering positions at Altech UEC Technologies. Academic credentials include participation in the INSEAD Leadership Program for Senior Executives and degrees in Technology Management and Electronics and Communication from prestigious institutions.
