Mallika Sobti currently serves as Associate Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO at IDinsight, where responsibilities span from managing evaluations for various partners across Nigeria, Ethiopia, Senegal, Guinea, and Mali to overseeing the executive office. Prior experience includes consulting for The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, and interning at the OHCHR, where research focused on integrating human rights into post-2015 development goals. Additional research roles involved assessing the impact of social and environmental factors on loan quality in Kenya for the International Labour Organization and contributing to a study on political accountability in Zambia with Innovations for Poverty Action. Mallika holds a Master's Degree in Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
