Julie Wigley is an experienced customer service and order management professional with a strong background in technical applications and account management. Since March 2024, Julie has served as a Customer Service Representative at IDI Composites International. Prior to this, from February 2020 to March 2024, Julie worked at Morrell Group, managing large volume quoting and order expediting for key accounts. Julie’s extensive experience includes roles at Trends International, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and direct import compliance, as well as positions at Deflecto Corporation and Swobbit Products, focusing on customer service for significant retail clients. Julie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Northwood University and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration from Business College.
