Amy Birch is an experienced professional in client operations and campaign management, currently serving as a Change Manager at IDHL since October 2023. Previously, from December 2018 to September 2023, Amy held the position of Head of Client Operations at Wired Plus, where responsibilities included managing the client journey and retention strategies. At Wired Marketing, Amy worked from February 2013 until December 2018, initially as a Campaign Manager, focusing on campaign management, lead generation strategies, and collaboration with the design team, followed by a role as a Marketing Assistant, where tasks involved social media management and content creation. Prior work experience includes an Insurance Consultant position at Endsleigh Insurance from July 2008 to February 2013, concentrating on sales and customer service.
