Zhiyong Zhen began their work experience in 2005 as a CPA, Audit manager at KPMG. Zhiyong held this role until September 2011. In October 2011, Zhiyong joined IDG Capital as Vice President, and in January 2018, they were promoted to the position of Principal. Zhiyong continues to work at IDG Capital.

Zhiyong Zhen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Finance from Peking University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005.
