Alok Kashyap is an experienced banking professional with a rich background in personal liabilities and business banking products. Currently serving as the Business Head for Personal Liabilities and Alternate Channels at IDFC FIRST Bank since March 2015, Alok manages a diverse portfolio including savings, salary, and term deposit products, as well as affluent banking and merchant acquisition. Prior to this role, Alok held positions at Yes Bank and ICICI Bank, focusing on acquisition, channel management, and product management for current accounts and savings accounts. Alok's educational background includes specialized training in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education and a degree from the Indian Institute of Forest Management.
