Sharon Underberg is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., a position held since January 2021, after previously serving as Senior Vice President in the same legal roles from March 2019 to January 2021 and as Corporate Vice President from February 2019. Prior to joining IDEXX, Sharon Underberg was the General Counsel, Secretary, and Senior Vice President at Eastman Kodak Company from January 2015 to January 2019, leading the global legal function and providing legal guidance to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Earlier in their career, Sharon Underberg worked as a Legal Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski in the Corporate and Securities Law department from September 1985 to October 1989. Academically, Sharon Underberg earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Brandeis University.
