Emma Woods is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and manufacturing across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Manufacturing at IDEXX since September 2024, Emma previously held the position of SVP Operations for the Americas at Sonova Group, where responsibility included comprehensive operational oversight and customer experience enhancement. Emma's tenure at BD spanned six years, during which roles included Director of Manufacturing Integration, focusing on global product capacity and plant architecture for the Diabetes Care business. Additionally, Emma's earlier experiences encompass key engineering and managerial roles at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Hewlett-Packard, Redten Digital, and Nortel, showcasing a strong foundation in product development and engineering. Emma holds a BEng in Electronic Systems from Ulster University and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
