Rhea Krol has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Patient Representative at Optimum Rehabilitation, where they were responsible for greeting patients, providing assistance, and collecting important information. In 2013, they transitioned to Valmont Industries as a Human Resources Assistant and later became an Associate Human Resource Generalist. In 2016, Rhea joined Precision Polymer Engineering Limited as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources, PPE and I-AMP Collegiate Talent at IDEX Corporation.

Rhea Krol obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Texas Tech University between 2006 and 2010.
