Sarah Freiler, PHR, currently serves as the Director of People Development at iDesign, where responsibilities include designing and implementing talent development strategies focused on performance management, career advancement, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions as a Senior Instructional Designer at San Diego State University and as a Senior Learning Architect and Senior Instructional Technologist at iDesign. Early career experiences include a Curriculum Specialist role at Ashford University and an Instructional Design Internship at San Diego State University. Sarah Freiler holds a Master of Science in Education-Instructional Design from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology, along with a minor in Educational Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
