Marijan Subotić has extensive experience in various companies and roles. Currently, Marijan is the Managing Partner at Ascendis in the ADRIA region, where they lead a team of over 80 consultants and facilitators. They are also the Managing Director at Ideologiq, overseeing strategic partnerships for the ADRIA region. In addition, Marijan holds positions in N-BEAM, Coach Masters Academy, CHRS, BAC&asociados, PROTOCOL i.e.s, ICF Serbia Chapter, and DEVELOR, where they have taken on roles such as Executive Board Member, General Manager, Director, and Managing Director. With a background in business development, coaching, and training, Marijan also has a strong educational background in leadership, coaching, and psychology.
