Uvini Lokuge is an accomplished Business Design Director at IDEO since July 2019, leading initiatives within the Climate portfolio and advising various industries on innovative solutions. Previous roles at IDEO include Senior Design Lead, where Uvini developed strategies for global conservation efforts, and Design Lead, focusing on human-centered solutions for retirees. Uvini's experience also encompasses work as a Senior Business Designer, contributing to the design of a clean energy retail venture. Uvini holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from The University of British Columbia. Prior to IDEO, Uvini gained valuable experience at Crius Solar LLC and Bain & Company in various managerial and consulting roles.
