Piera Mattioli is a versatile professional with a strong background in service design, innovation management, and facilitation. Currently serving as Teaching Lead and Teaching Assistant at IDEO U, Piera facilitates community conversations and supports student work. As an independent consultant for Nomad Service Design, expertise includes social innovation and graphic facilitation. Previously, Piera contributed as an Innovation Manager for Rainforest Alliance and as a Service Designer for Philips and Essense, focusing on customer experience and human-centered strategies. Piera's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Social Innovation Management from Amani Institute.
