Lisette Baylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, education, and leadership. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at IDEO U, Lisette supports learners in creative problem solving and community building. Prior roles include Human Innovation Fellow at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Programming Co-Director for AIGA DC, and Art Director at The Brookings Institution, showcasing a strong background in human-centered design and visual storytelling.
