With extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, Motaweh previously held roles as a Senior Recruiter at Stripe and BFA Industries, as well as a Senior Recruiter at INNOCEAN USA, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting for various skilled professionals. Earlier career highlights include serving as an HR Operations Specialist/Recruiting Manager at Avetta and as a Recruiting Manager at The Creative Group, where Motaweh was instrumental in placing creative and marketing talent. Initial experiences in marketing and account management were gained through positions at INK, Deutsch, and Alcone Marketing Group. Motaweh completed studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
