Dr. Hsieh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at National Chengchi University. Previously, between 2007 and 2019, she was a professor at National Cheng Kung University. Dr. Hsieh’s specific expertise is in adaptive learning, C++, educational technology, instructional design, and mobile applications with a Ph.D. focused on instructional systems from Penn State University.
