Shannon Bedard is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and revenue management sectors, currently serving as Principal Strategy Advisor and Strategic Enterprise Executive at IDeaS Revenue Solutions since December 2017. Previously, Shannon held the position of Senior Vice President and Founding Partner at Digital Alchemy CRM from November 2000 to June 2017. Early career experience includes serving as Guest Experience Manager at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa from 1991 to 1999. Shannon Bedard holds a degree in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and has additional educational experience from The University of New Mexico.
