Karen Cahoon serves as a Senior Product Marketing Content Specialist at IDeaS Revenue Solutions since January 2017, where responsibilities include developing and managing a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer relationships and drive technology adoption. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Client Relationship Manager and Director of Guest Services at The Sheraton Bloomington Hotel, where Karen contributed to client relations and guest services. Additional experience spans across the hospitality and events industry, with roles at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts, Xanterra Parks & Resorts, and Tarara Winery, including event planning and coordination. Karen holds a Bachelor's of Science in Tourism and Event Management and a minor in Psychology from George Mason University, complemented by a recent certification from the Product Marketing Alliance.
