Clay Beltran has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Clay began their career in 1992 as an Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer for the US Army. In 1995, they joined IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc. as a Manufacturing Manager. In 1997, they became the Director of Operations at ELANTEC SEMICONDUCTOR INC. which was later acquired by Intersil Corp. In 2002, they were promoted to Director of Worldwide Operations Planning and Subcon Operations at Intersil Corp. In 2006, they became the VP of Wordwide Operations at Semtech Corporation. In 2011, they joined Diodes Incorporated as the Vice President of Strategic Planning and VP of Corp Supply Chain, Outsourcing, Quality and Reliability. In 2022, they were appointed VP of Manufacturing / Operations at iDEAL Semiconductor.

Clay Beltran obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
