Michael Nunez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in security operations and technical support. Currently serving as a Security Operations Center Analyst at Ideal Integrations since November 2020, Michael previously held positions as an IAM IT Security Analyst at Pomeroy and as an IT Service Desk Technician Consultant at Penn State University. At Penn State, Michael collaborated with the Systems Administrator to support the technical needs of researchers. Earlier experiences include IT internships at Outbrain, where responsibilities included managing IT recycling projects and contributing to system imaging initiatives. Michael began a career in technology as a Computer Service Technician at Penn State Altoona ResTech, managing over 80 computers and 3 industrial printers. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science Technology from Penn State University.
