Shay Jackson is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in management and customer service within the barter industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Upper North Island at Ideal Electrical Suppliers New Zealand since January 2021, Shay previously held roles at Bartercard New Zealand and Bartercard Australia. As Franchise Manager at Bartercard Sydney Central, Shay led the team to win Franchise of the Year in 2016 and successfully guided branch growth as Franchise Manager for Sydney South. Shay's career includes diverse roles such as Brokerage Manager and Trading Manager, demonstrating expertise in team leadership and client relationship management.
