Dominique PLATON serves as DIRECTEUR SQE - AMELIORATION CONTINUE at Groupe IDEA since May 2020, where responsibilities include defining the SQE policy, implementing a client-oriented approach for safety, quality, and environment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing industrial performance through structured LEAN methodologies. Previously, Dominique has held significant roles such as Europe Quality Director and Segment Manager at Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers from May 2010 to January 2020, where achievements included establishing a new production plant in China and defining compliance processes. Experience also includes serving as QHSE Director and managing quality initiatives at Trelleborg and Koyo, among others. Dominique holds an engineering degree from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and has specialized training in production and environmental management.
