Jane Rodríguez del Tronco is the Founder and CEO of The Bold Choice, a talent projects lab focused on leadership talent, teams forward, and healthy organizations. Jane also serves as the Academic Director for the Digital and Human Leadership Program at PWN MADRID and is a member of the board. With a wealth of experience in coaching, mentoring, and personal branding, Jane is also an Adjunct Professor at IE University and other institutions. Additionally, Jane holds degrees in Business Administration, Coaching, and Marketing Management from prestigious schools such as IESE Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
