Wayne Kurtzman serves as Research Vice President at IDC, focusing on the worldwide trends and technologies in collaboration, conferencing, enterprise communities, and social business markets. With experience as Research Director for Social and Collaboration Solutions, Wayne is an industry analyst and speaker involved in the IDC Future of Work and Future of Customer and Consumer councils. Previously, Wayne instructed courses on social media management and business evolution at the University of Tennessee and volunteered as a global social media consultant for Destination Imagination.
