Rebeca Sciamanna is an experienced professional in change management and product ownership, currently serving as Product Owner Team Lead at IDBS since April 2021, where key responsibilities include driving successful project and change execution while managing both onshore and offshore teams across various business aspects. Prior to IDBS, Rebeca held the position of Change Delivery Manager at RBS from 2013 to January 2022, focusing on leading Agile operations to meet project goals within established budgets and schedules. Earlier career experience includes working as a Strategic Business Analyst at NatWest Markets from 2009 to 2012, where Rebeca provided guidance on business processes, facilitated stakeholder engagement, and ensured effective implementation of operational methodologies. Rebeca holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Kingston University, completed in 1999.
