Carlos Alberto Sepúlveda Lozano is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Officer at IDB Invest since January 2016, where transactions exceeding USD 7 billion have been executed. Prior to this role, Carlos worked at Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo from September 2008 to December 2015 as a Specialist in the Structured and Corporate Finance Department, coordinating with various divisions to identify new clients and negotiate complex financing transactions. Carlos also held the position of Investment Banking Manager at Corporacion Financiera Colombiana from November 2001 to August 2008. Educational achievements include a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
